This is a space to slow down, reflect, and gently explore what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we can explore together what feels important and what you might need right now.

I provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself and speak openly. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or sensing that something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome here.
